Your day seems blurry?
Your thoughts come out syrupy and jumbled instead of the decisive and determined visions you wish for. Every task awkwardly fuses into the next and you find yourself mediocrity accomplishing a lot of nothing. It is hard to focus when our brain is crammed with unnecessary junk. The desire to be present to our true selves loses FOCUS.
3 things to bring your life lens back into FOCUS:
1. DO NOT be so eager to give away your time and energy on things that are not important to you. When you meet your own emotional needs first, what you give afterwards of yourself will
be done without resentment and in the true spirit of generosity.
2. Know the difference between what seems URGENT and what is IMPORTANT.
What seems urgent may take all your time if you don't realize that the important things should come first. In many cases, if we had spent the time and energy on the important, the urgent would not have come up.
3. Make a list of what you want to accomplish. Be realistic and give yourself some free time for flexibility. Make separate categories for the types of task you want to accomplish and have a vision for your day.
When you have a clear vision of what is important to you, it is easier to stay in FOCUS.
