It is the way she has spoken the words that send me on an inward expedition of this concept. As if I had an abundance of time and she didn't. As if I had somehow cracked the wheels of time and can now demand it on whim.

We often compare ourselves to others, something that serves nothing more than to make all of us feel more miserable. The truth is, we have all inherited a world that ticks and tocks at the same speed. Each one of us awakes to days that contain the same number of minutes and seconds. The question becomes not how do I get more time, but how do I spend the time that I have doing what is important to me?
