I cannot help but laugh at that explanation. It is genius and captures the logic of childhood, a time created to encapsulate joy and adventure. Already I am smiling as I imagine myself trying those words out the next time I meet someone. But no, I do not have the guts because all I am thinking of is how crazy I would sound if I said my name twice and used that as an explanation.
Children have an ability to radiate joy, live in the spontaneity of the moment and share their desire for delight with all of us. It is a quality worth nurturing and encouraging through creativity, games and laughter. So here are some little bags of delight to fill with crazy things to do as a family, jokes to share in the classroom, adventures to try out, or challenges to bring more laughter and joy into this world.
May laughter and joy surround you!
And because it is so good, you have to say it twice...
